At Cabvision we have always been eager to have a clearer understanding of our online presence. We have had many internal discussions about our marketing strategy, with limited understanding of our digital metrics and KPIs.
Andrea created a presentation that showed us the importance of conversion funnels that could be used to set goals to convert our customers. Using a conversion funnel, help is set achievable conversion goals.
As a team we knew the main competitors in the market, but having a fresh pair of eyes with a thorough SWOT analysis was a real benefit to us. The SWOT was a great tool that reminded us of our strengths and identified our weaknesses.
We now have a better marketing strategy where we have been able to identify the greatest opportunities to increase sales and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage within our industry. Once again Thanks Andrea!!!

Andrea's understanding of Excel is second to none, what to me seemed like a daunting task was simplified once I had stumbled upon Andrea's formula Friday, where she explains the usefulness of formulas and functions that excel has to offer.
Reaching out to Andrea to seek some assistance on how to use one of the formulas to solve a problem I was facing was one of the best things I have done! She explained how to use the formula to best suit my problem in a precise step by step manner, which now means I am able to reuse my formulas and have a better understanding of the power of Excel!
